Donelson
Drug Mart - Nashville, TN
- Is
a small Diabetics Supply and Pharmacy business in Nashville,
TN.
- This
was a combined effort with McClearen Design in Nashville,
they did the graphic design elements and we assembled the
site, installed the shopping cart/storefront system, built
the products and added the extra pages.
- We
went with the shopping/storefront software from CyberMerchant,
using active server pages. For simplicity and easy back
end administration, we used a Access 2000 database. The
customer can control most aspects of their store and product
datasbase including creating products, discount codes, downloadable
products and more.
- Since
going online, Donelson Drug Mart has tapped into a nice
local market easily serving their clients diabetic and wellness
supplies needs. The site has proven to be a useful and added
value tool to their customers.

Dispute
Resolution Center - Austin, TX
- Is
a nonprofit organization in Austin, TX.
- Their
previous site was a bit bland and offered no interaction
between the company and site visitors. So we gave it a more
professional look and added multiple forms to gather all
kinds of information ranging from basic contact information
to calendar dates from the volunteer mediators.
- We
also set up a shopping cart system so they could start accepting
mediation training orders online. This SQL, database driven
shopping cart, also features the ability to manage and broadcast
to email lists. Emails are captured from multiple sources;
shopping cart orders, join maillist form, and contact forms
(1ShoppingCart.com).
- Since
adding their e-commerce capabilities; through Search Engine
Promotions and online/off-line marketing activities, the
DRC has grossed over $90,000 in online training orders for
the first year. This far exceeded their expectations, considering
they were only expecting around $10K for the entire year;
which we broke after two months. This is important to them
because in addition to government (ADR Fund) grants, these
proceeds provide additional funding for the many free dispute
resolution services offered in the Austin, TX - Travis County
area.
